This Privacy Policy explains how iRun Media LLC ("iRun Media," "we," "us") handles personal information when you visit irunmedia.com, send us a message, or call our business line at (213) 871-1004.

Information you give us. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, the department and project type you select, and the message you write. If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share, including voicemail recordings you leave.

Employment verification requests. Requests sent to EV@irunmedia.com contain information about the person being verified (such as name, position and dates) that the requester supplies. We use it only to respond to that request.

Information collected automatically. Our website is delivered through Cloudflare. Like most websites, our servers and Cloudflare process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested and timestamps. We use it to deliver the site, keep it secure and troubleshoot problems.

Cookies. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our delivery and security providers may use strictly necessary technologies to protect the site from abuse.

Fonts. Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers and Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

• To respond to inquiries, quotes, client support, billing and careers requests;
• To respond to employment verification requests;
• To operate, secure and improve the website and phone line, and to prevent spam and abuse;
• To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations and to protect our rights.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles.

Calls to (213) 871-1004 are answered by an automated menu delivered through our telephone service provider and, during business hours, connected to our team. If you leave a voicemail, the recording is stored and emailed to our team so we can return your call. Please do not leave sensitive personal information (such as account numbers or government identification numbers) in a voicemail.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers that help us operate, including hosting, content delivery and security (Cloudflare), telephone services, and email infrastructure. They may process information only to provide services to us.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, legal process or to protect the rights, property or safety of iRun Media, our clients or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality.

We keep inquiry and voicemail information for as long as needed to respond, to maintain business records, and to comply with legal obligations, and then delete or de-identify it. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose about you;
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information;
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law;
• Not be treated differently for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email support@irunmedia.com with the subject "Privacy request," or call (213) 871-1004. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission.

You may also ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to any email or telling us on a call.

Our website and services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site may link to third-party websites, such as map services. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
