These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of irunmedia.com (the "Site") operated by iRun Media LLC ("iRun Media," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides general information about our film, studio, audio and graphics services. Nothing on the Site is an offer, quote or binding commitment. Production services are provided only under a written agreement signed by iRun Media and the client. Sending us a message or speaking with our team does not create a client relationship or any obligation to provide services.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site unlawfully or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers or related systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including through automated scraping, overload or malicious code;
• Submit false, misleading or harassing information through the contact form or other channels.

Please use the contact form to describe your inquiry. Do not send confidential information, scripts, treatments, music, footage or other creative material unless we have asked for it and agreed in writing to receive it.

iRun Media does not accept unsolicited creative submissions. If you send any, we have no duty to review, protect, return or compensate you for them, and you agree they are provided without any confidential or fiduciary relationship, without limiting any rights you hold in your original expression. We may develop or acquire material that is similar to something you send.

The Site, including its text, design, logos, graphics and layout, is owned by or licensed to iRun Media and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own non-commercial reference. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission.

"iRun Media" and our logo are our marks. Other names and marks mentioned belong to their owners.

Studio and equipment imagery on the Site is illustrative, and some of it is computer-generated. It does not depict a specific client project.

Employment verification requests must be made in writing to EV@irunmedia.com. We may confirm only the information we are authorized and legally able to release, and may require written authorization from the individual before responding. Calling our phone line will not result in verification details being given verbally.

The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services such as map and font providers. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iRun Media and its members, managers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Services we provide under a written client agreement are governed by that agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iRun Media from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may modify the Site or these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
